On 9 th December 2023, the Sisters of Our Lady of the Missions (RNDM) India Central Province, Kolkata, celebrated the Perpetual Profession of Sr. Sunita Marandi and Sr. Nilima Hasda which was held at the Holy Family Church, Kestapur, Kolkata. We thank God the almighty for the courage and passion for mission of these young women who publicly pronounced their ‘Yes’ to follow the call of the Lord forever. At the same time, it was also a day of thanksgiving of the Lord’s favour for our five Jubilarians; Sr. Thresama Vellara – Platinum, Sr. Helen Michael Shah - Golden, Sisters Monica Mardi, Rani Jacob and Philomena Guria – Silver jubilee. We joined them in chorus singing and praising the Lord for the many years of service they have rendered in the Lord’s vineyard. His Grace, Archbishop Thomas D’Souza congratulated and thanked the sisters for their faithfulness and commitment to their missionary journey.
